Engineering Rigor Verified by International Standards.
All STAR-E switchboards and power distribution systems are engineered under rigorous testing protocols, complying with IEC 61439-1 & 2 standards for total fault protection and 100kA short-circuit withstand.
Four stages between the grid and the rack.
1. Tegangan Menengah 24kV
2. Proteksi & Transformasi
3. LVMDP & STAR-E Switchboard
4. Distribusi Akhir (VOLT-E & LINK-E)
Hardware, control, and the redundancy between them.
Medium-voltage modules, built on Tier-1 components.
Bankable hardware with a 20-year design life, manufactured in Indonesia at our Jababeka II Cikarang facility under Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Our in-house assembly bay scales production to 540 free-standing and 741 wall-mounting panels annually, ensuring reliable project delivery.

The intelligence layer behind every deployment.
Forecasting, dispatch, and market participation in one control plane, holding the setpoint while optimising operating cost against the ISO it sits in. Adapts across site, architecture, and market without a rebuild.
Fault tolerance designed in, not bolted on.
N+1 topology with static bypass means a single module failure is absorbed without a transfer the load can feel. Every transfer is logged and auditable. The dispatch desk cleared its last IEC 61439-1 & 2 audit with zero findings.

All PTE switchgear and power distribution boards are built under stringent quality controls, strictly complying with international IEC 61439-1 & 2 standards for total system protection.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is where engineering reliability is proven. Every STAR-E, VOLT-E, and partner switchboard undergoes comprehensive primary current injection testing, dielectric insulation checks, and mechanical/electrical interlock validation before site dispatch.

Read at the bus, under load, every quarter.
Four numbers carry the platform, and all four are instrumented rather than asserted. They are read at the point of interconnection on operating sites, under real load, and republished every quarter.
What the bus sees when the grid misbehaves.
